RETURNS
Once you have received your order, you can return it within 15 days. Please note that the return must be received in our warehouse within the 15-day period. All items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. All tags must remain attached. Any returns that do not meet the requirements of our return policy may be rejected. If you receive multiple shipments for the same order, please wait until you have received everything before initiating your return.
EASY RETURNS WITHIN THE EU
Mikeska offers easy returns for all orders within the EU. A €20 fee will be charged for each return, which will be deducted from your refund when processing the return. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we offer free shipping for orders over €500.
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Please email us at hello@mikeska-lab.com with your order number, email address, and pickup address to start the return process.
- Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the prepaid return label and instructions for scheduling a pickup.
- Prepare the package: The returned items must be in perfect condition, packed in the original packaging, and the tags must remain attached. We kindly ask you to use the original packaging.
If you would like to exchange for a different size, you will need to return the item and place a new order.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
All other international customers are responsible for the entire return process and any return shipping costs. We are unable to provide a prepaid label. If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:
- Please email us at hello@mikeska-lab.de with your order number and email address to start the return process.
- Prepare the package: The returned items should be in perfect condition, packed in the original packaging, and the tags must still be attached. We kindly ask you to use the original packaging.
- Send the package to: Mikeska Lab, Franz-Kirrmeier Str. 19, 67346 Speyer, Germany.
Orders returned to us without prior return approval may experience delays in processing.
Please also note that customs duties may apply when returning items from outside the European Union. If applicable, these costs may be deducted from your refund when the return is processed.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed automatically using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. The refund will appear in your bank account within 3 to 5 business days after your return is processed. Shipping costs paid by the customer at the time of the order will not be refunded in any case (even if the return only concerns part of the order).
QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please note that you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving a damaged item or package and provide a photo of both. We also recommend that you indicate „damaged package“ when signing for delivery with the courier.
NOTE:
Mikeska strives to describe the products on the website as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors of the products displayed on the website may differ slightly from their actual colors due to the color settings on your computer. Mikeska cannot be held responsible for such discrepancies.
