Deliveries within Germany (incl. 19% VAT):

No shipping costs apply for self-collection.

International Deliveries (without VAT ID: plus national VAT within the EU)

EU Zone 1 (AT, BE, NL, LUX, DK, CZ): Parcel €14.49 plus VAT
EU Zone 2 (GB, CH, FL & rest of EU): Parcel €26.99 plus fees & duties, plus VAT
EU Zone 3 (BA, BY, GE, GI, HR, IE, IS, MD, RU, RS, TR, UA): Parcel €29.99 plus fees & duties, plus VAT
Worldwide: Parcel €49.00 plus fees & duties, plus VAT

Shipping Costs with DHL Express

Deliveries within Germany (incl. 19% VAT):

Parcel from €47.00 (includes insurance up to €500)
With insurance up to €1,000 value: from €51.50

Deliveries to EU countries & Switzerland:

Parcel from €95.00 plus VAT and any applicable national duties (includes insurance up to €500)
With insurance up to €1,000 value: from €105.00 plus VAT and duties

Worldwide Deliveries (outside EU & Switzerland):

Parcel from €120.00–130.00 plus VAT and duties (includes insurance up to €500)
With insurance up to €1,000 value: from €135.00–145.00 plus VAT and duties

In individual cases, DHL Express shipping costs may be higher. We will inform you before shipping your order if this applies.

Note for Customers Outside the EU:
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may be payable by the customer to the relevant customs or tax authorities. These are not paid to the seller. We recommend checking with your local customs or tax authorities before placing an order.

Transport Damages
Visible transport damages must be reported immediately to the delivery driver and confirmed in writing.
Hidden damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 4 – 6 working days, for deliveries abroad (European Economic Area) within 7 – 14 days after order confirmation (in the case of agreed advance payment after the date of receipt of payment). Deliveries worldwide may have longer delivery times.

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
